So on this page it is the launch of my passion “making and eating BBQ” or rather all things that pertain to BBQ and Marinading, most importantly MY BBQ sauce and Marinades. For those that care about this, I am following up on a project I had started almost a decade ago and that is creating my own BBQ and Marinade products. Actually, I have the marinade called “Leilani’s Ono Marinade” and “Leilanis Ono BBQ – Sweet w/Heat” already created. I am now, after a decade, finishing up the next step and that is getting it FDA approved, packaged and labeled and in addition, the initial marketing of the products.

So, here I am a “wanna be” tech guy for the last 30 years, who now is a “wanna be” BBQ Manufacturer guy, ah man, I should have listened to my old man and been a “ditch digger” at least I would be employed by the U.S. government on some massive federal jobs project making a “fair wage” income of $150 per hour and a guaranteed pension for life and health coverage. Instead I am an unemployable bum mixing and stirring ingredients like some old hag(which for you that don’t know is a Witch and not our mom) or mad scientist, in the hopes of being the next great Entrepreneur Grill Meister so I can be rich and make next months rent.
